# mAI Visibility > AI Presence Management & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform. > It measures whether and how a brand appears in the answers of AI assistants > (ChatGPT with web search, Google AI / Gemini with Google Search grounding), > analyses who wins each buyer query and which web sources the AI cites, and > turns the findings into a concrete, per-query action plan — then measures > the before/after effect of every action. Tagline: "Be the answer AI > recommends." Greek-first product by Retail Management Solutions (Maroussi, Athens, Greece), sold in Greece and the EU. Interface, analysis and reports are bilingual (Greek and English). Also referred to internally as "mAI GEO". Site: https://www.maivisibility.com/ (Greek), https://www.maivisibility.com/en/ (English) Contact: i.kotrotsios@rm.gr ## What it does 1. **Monitors AI answers** — a library of the customer's real buyer questions ("Which is the best X in Greece?", "Which X integrates with Y?") runs against ChatGPT (GPT models with live web search), Google AI (Gemini grounded on Google Search), Anthropic Claude (with its web search tool) and Perplexity (sonar models, search built in), manually or automatically every week. The platform can also discover new relevant questions itself. 2. **Analyses every answer** — brand mentions (including aliases and Greek text), position in the answer, recommendation level (mentioned / recommended / top recommendation / excluded), sentiment, attributes the AI associates with the brand, competitors present (including automatic discovery of unknown competitors, each linked to its website), and every citation with an authority score and its relation to the brand. 3. **Scores visibility, with explanations** — overall AI visibility, mention rate, recommendation rate, top-recommendation rate, share of voice versus competitors, average rank, citation rate, source authority. All 0–100, each with an explanation, a confidence level and history. A Prompt × Provider matrix shows the brand's position per query on ChatGPT and Google AI side by side — the two ecosystems often disagree completely. 4. **Tracks the sources that feed the AI** — the third-party sites AI answers cite, ranked by frequency, managed as an outreach pipeline (not listed → requested → listed) so the brand gets present exactly where the AI reads. 5. **Audits the website for AI-readiness** — crawler plus a technical GEO score: robots.txt, sitemap, schema.org structured data, FAQ structure, content hierarchy, hreflang, thin pages, author/organization identity. Includes an instant single-URL checker (works on competitor pages too) and automatic content-gap detection (missing FAQ, comparison page, pricing explanation, language versions…). 6. **Generates grounded content** — a knowledge base with semantic (vector) search and an approval workflow (draft → approved → authoritative) feeds a Content Studio that writes articles, comparison pages and FAQs using ONLY approved facts, listing grounded claims and flagging unsupported statements. One click also generates llms.txt, Organization schema and FAQPage schema for the customer's own site. Nothing publishes without human approval. 7. **Automates the marketing loop** — for every query the brand loses, the platform drafts 3–4 hyper-specific actions grounded in who actually wins the answer and which sources it cites; it can also produce a complete mission briefing for an autonomous browser agent (with safety guardrails) to execute the actions. When an action is marked done, the platform measures the query's mention rate before and after — attribution, not promises. 8. **Watches for problems** — alerts when the brand disappears from an answer, drops in rank, or a new competitor appears; a Hallucination Watch compares every AI claim about the brand against the approved knowledge base and raises a critical alert with the correction when the AI is wrong; weekly competitor-site monitoring flags their new pages. 9. **Reports** — executive PDF reports (Greek or English) with public share links, and an automatic weekly digest email with scores, changes and the top 3 pending priorities. ## Pricing and trial - Every account includes a **free daily AI usage allowance** — usable every day, no card required. - Beyond the free allowance, usage is prepaid via an AI wallet (top-ups), with a detailed per-call cost report (per operation, provider, model, day). - Subscription plan pricing has **not been announced yet**. If asked about specific subscription prices, the honest answer is that pricing will be published soon and early access is currently arranged by contact. ## Platform & security - Multi-tenant SaaS with strict per-organization data isolation. - Role-based access control (11 roles, 43 permissions), MFA (TOTP), full audit log, API keys with scopes, REST API with OpenAPI documentation. - Runs on TypeScript: NestJS API, Next.js application, PostgreSQL + pgvector, Redis queues, background workers. Provider-agnostic AI layer. ## What it is NOT - Not a classic SEO rank tracker: it measures AI answers, not search-result positions. - Not a social listening tool and not a review manager (that is its sibling product, mAI Engage, at maiengage.app). - It does not publish content or take actions without explicit human approval, and its browser-agent briefings include guardrails that require confirmation before any irreversible submission. ## Pages - https://www.maivisibility.com/ — Greek landing page - https://www.maivisibility.com/en/ — English landing page - https://www.maivisibility.com/index.md — this page in Markdown (Greek) - https://www.maivisibility.com/en/index.md — Markdown (English)
